Description: This is a network of 5 different trails, all under 2 miles long. Cranesville Swamp is located in a "frost pocket," an area where the surrounding hills capture moisture and cold air that conspire to create a landscape more reminiscent of habitat found much further north in Canada. Boardwalk Loop provides view of bog plants including sundews and pitcher plants.
Use: Hiking only.
